How Occupational Therapy Can Help?

Occupational Therapy (OT) takes a whole-person approach to safety and mobility. Here's how I support older adults:

1. Balance & Strength Training

Tailored programs to improve leg strength, stability, and coordination.

2. Home Safety Assessments

Identify and remove hazards — with practical advice on aids, adaptations, and environmental changes.

3. Education & Equipment Advice

Support with using mobility aids, safe ways to complete daily tasks, and strategies to stay active.

4. Confidence Building

Help to reduce fear of falling and rebuild trust in your own ability to move safely and independently.
